Chris Jones

A CHEK Practitioner with 20 years' experience as a holistic and corrective exercise specialist — and firsthand experience overcoming major injuries. 

Chris lives by what he teaches. Committed to staying active, ageing well, and preventing modern lifestyle diseases, he helps clients do the same through smart, strength-based training.

Jacob Campbell

Jacob brings a grounded, realistic approach to health, blending Primal’s holistic methods into everyday life through movement, mindset, and nutrition. He’s passionate about real food and loves making healthy meals genuinely enjoyable.

As co-founder of Highlands Natural — Primal’s trusted source of pasture-raised beef and signature bone broth — Jake lives what he teaches.

His coaching supports the body’s natural rhythms and long-term wellbeing. Outside the gym, you’ll find him in the surf or by the fire, cooking steak and living the lifestyle he promotes.

Nicky Jones

Nicky a Master Fitness Trainer with 20 years of experience, specialises in women’s health and strength across all life stages. Her coaching draws on qualifications in CHEK corrective exercise, Japanese yoga, and Pilates. A true force of nature — both in and out of the surf — Nicky inspires those around her with her strength, energy, and unwavering commitment to helping women thrive.

Zuzana Gaalova

Practicing since 2007, Zuz holds a BHSc in Myotherapy and advanced certifications in Clinical Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, dry needling, and photobiomodulation (low-level laser) therapy. Her treatment approach targets the root cause of pain or dysfunction, combining hands-on techniques with evidence-based therapies and personalised rehab plans.

Ciaran Rushton

Ciaran is an elite-level runner with an exceptional eye for detail across every aspect of performance — from movement and recovery to nutrition and lifestyle. His coaching style is precise, focused, and deeply informed by lived experience at the top level of endurance sport.

Currently studying physiology and CHEK exercise coaching, Ciaran combines cutting-edge science with a holistic understanding of what it takes to perform — and feel — at your best.
