Primal Movement’s origins were solely around exercise coaching. However, a shift to holistic thinking brought the awareness that it takes more than just exercise to reach and maintain your goals. Our personal trainers and therapists work together to make this happen.

Chris’s training addresses the slow decline suffered by many in mid-life. His main objective is to help you get stronger as you get older.

Jules specialises in deep tissue, tension relief, injury maintenance/prevention, stress management and prenatal massage. She believes that regular massage is an important component of wellness and health care plans. Darren’s calling is to help people achieve the best out of their body. With his innovative ‘Straighten Up’ massage device, Darren’s clients enjoy a deep sense of massage and relaxation bringing back balance, alignment and flow to the head, neck and body. This treatment can be effective for varied array of conditions including, neck and back pain, scoliosis, knee pain, foot injuries, jaw pain, headaches, twisted pelvis and nerve pain.
